The Jose Cuervo Man

This man has worked for Jose Cuervo for 37 years of his life. He showed us how they harvest the Agave plant, which is where tequila comes from. First they harvest it, then they cook it, press it and ferment it. That is it, the sugars from this plant are the perfect ones for the flavor of tequila. The best kind, they say, is the kind made from 100% agave. We were taken through the process step by step. And later we got to go into the cellar of the family reserve and try a sip of the Reserva de la Familia, which, of course, is the best kind of tequila there is.

Your photos are fantastic, I am totally envious, what an experience, not sure I like the part about going into this man's cellar (just kidding) and where you study doesn't seem to hard to take either. Keep up the photos they keep us all close to you.
